The company Paulo Ferreira Promoções was born in 1978, a time when the internet did not yet exist. Over the years, Paulo had built a legacy as one of Brazil's pioneering event companies, and our goal is to preserve this history in digital world.
National and International Recognition
Throughout our history, Paulo Ferreira Promoções has achieved recognition and success in various projects and events. The company was one of the biggest reasons for the growth of Tennis as a sport in Brazil by promoting not only international ATP Tour tournaments, but also Satellite Circuits which encouraged young Brazilian tennis players to obtain their first points in the ATP (Association of Tennis Professionals) world rankings. With this background, Paulo Ferreira Promoções became a successful promoter, recognized both nationally and internationally.

Centro Paulista de Tênis - CPT
In order to understand the emergence of Paulo Ferreira Promoções, we must talk about the Centro Paulista de Tênis, one of the first strongholds of the São Paulo tennis population, considered to this day the largest tennis development center in Latin America, run by the tennis player and businessman Paulo Ferreira, with 12 covered clay courts and 4 Lisonda courts, located on Marginal Pinheiros. Home of Paulo Ferreira Promotions, the Centro Paulista de Tênis was the stage for one of the main tournaments ever held in the country, inaugurated on June 12, 1978 by the Challenge: Björn Borg (No. 1 in the world at the time) vs. Adriano Panata (No. 10 in the world at the time).
Inovação e Resiliência
The tournaments that followed until 1994, including Challenges, Satellite Circuits, ATP Tour Tournaments, totaled 130 weeks with major sponsors and renowned athletes such as Maria Esther Bueno and Thomas Koch. All tournaments were crowned with a closing night, where names from Brazilian showbiz performed, among others: Jô Soares, Toquinho, Elba Ramalho and Adriana Calcanhoto.
